Jackson Hole Mountain Resort - Nordic Skiing, Snowshoeing, Dog Sledding
The oldest form of skiing, documented by 2000 year old cave murals in Finland, provides one of the best ways of experiencing winter, improving fitness and learning about skiing. Jackson Hole Nordic's 17 kilometers of groomed track on snow covered sagebrush ranch land offer easy skiing with optional hill trails and majestic views of the Teton range. Ski with one of our Professional Nordic Instructors to learn the latest and most efficient technique for enjoying nature's solitude and serenity. Nordic Ski Fitness Sessions While our Cross Country Ski curriculum focuses on technique, your Personal Ski Trainer will assess your fitness goals, plan your workout and coach you through a one, two or three hour session. Sessions include warm-up, stretching a core workout of aerobic, interval or fat-burn. Plan daily sessions, come every other day, or ask your Trainer for a short or long term training plan.
