Chaletsatbigwhite.com requires a non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total rental cost or a minimum of one night's accommodation, whichever is greater. The booking deposit is due immediately if paying by credit card or through PayPal or must be in our mailbox within ten (10) days of the booking date if paid with cheque, bank draft or money order, made payable to Chaletsatbigwhite.com. This non-refundable booking deposit is applied to the rental cost. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately and must be paid by credit card, bank draft or money order only. No personal cheques can be accepted within 30 days of arrival.

For bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival: A renter has up to 48 hours after the booking is made to cancel without penalty. If notice of cancellation is given after the 48 hours and before full payment is made (30 days prior to arrival), then the non-refundable booking deposit is kept. If notice of cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival and after full payment is made, the full amount of the rental cost is kept unless a replacement booking is made. If a replacement booking is made, then all monies except the non-refundable booking deposit (25% or one night's accommodation, whichever is greater) will be refunded after the new deposit or balance is received. The damage deposit will be returned. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival: Full payment is due immediately if renter makes a reservation within 30 days of arrival. At this point, a renter has 24 hours after the booking is made to cancel without penalty. If notice of cancellation is given after the 24 hours then the full amount of the rental cost is kept unless a replacement booking is made. If a replacement booking is made, then all monies except 25% or one night's accommodation, whichever is greater, will be refunded after the new deposit or balance is received. The damage deposit will be returned.

We personally meet and greet you at the chalet, so no need to go somewhere to pick up keys and then try and find the chalet! You will receive detailed directions to the chalet after full payment is received. Then just give us a quick call before you leave Kelowna to come to the mountain and we will be there waiting for your arrival, give you a quick tour and then you are on your way to good times!
