a one (1) nights room and tax deposit is required to confirm reservations ten (10) days from the date the reservation is made.
The balance for Lodge Studios & Suites as well as 1 & 2 bedroom Townhomes is due upon arrival.The balance for 3, 4, & 5 bedroom townhomes is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Christmas & New Years Holidays: the balance for ALL accommodations is due November 1st and is non-refundable.

Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to arrival will be refunded fully.
Cancellations made twenty-nine (29) or less days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
Christmas & New Years Holidays: Cancellations made prior to November 01 will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after November 01 will forfeit all monies paid.
