We are available for your Keystone Colorado ski vacation! Our condos and town homes are "For Rent By Owner", so you will find our rates on the low end, but the quality of our town homes are on the high end. Our 8 vacation homes range in size from 860 sq ft (2 bed/2 bath) to over 1,700 sq ft (4 bed/3 bath), all units include a fully equipped kitchen (granite counter tops and cherry cabinets), large stone fireplace, washer/dryer, on site hot tubs, and great mountain views! Antlers Gulch Town homes and Trappers Crossing complexes are 2 of the newest luxury complexes in Keystone.

Although you cannot walk to the lifts from Antlers Gulch, there is a FREE shuttle that will pick you up at the door and drop you off at the slopes. We are about 1.2 miles from the River Run base. We are 15 miles from 5 major resorts (Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Loveland, Breckenridge and Copper Mtn) and Vail is a short 1/2-hour drive west on I-70. I can also give you tips on where to purchase lift tickets and rent skis/snowboards so you can save your money for better things.

A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the 5% cancellation fee. We highly recommend that all Guests purchase travel insurance to protect Guests from anything that is out of the Guests control.
Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee
