Deposit and Cancellation Policy - Holiday Season
Deposit: 50% of total vacation cost is due within 14 days of verbal booking
Payment: The balance is due by November 1
Cancellation: The deposit amount will be forfeited on cancellations made between October 1-31. Cancellations made November 1 or later will be charged the total vacation cost.*
Deposit and Cancellation Policy - Rest of Year
Deposit: 50% of total vacation cost is due within 14 days of verbal booking
Payment: The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation: A $50 per unit handling fee will be assessed on cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 31 to 45 days prior to arrival will be charged the deposit cost. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the total vacation cost.*
