A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. Deposit is due within 10 days of booking. Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (summer, 14 days). Christmas/New Year's final payment due October 15th.

| Cancelation Policies |
|---|
Guests are responsible for payment of all night's lodging reserved. Cancellations made 30 days prior to date of arrival will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless the hotel books 100 percent of its rooms.
Christmas/New Year's cancellations prior to October 15 will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Holiday cancellations made after October 15th will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless the hotel books 100 percent of its rooms.
