The cabins have a Front Porch, Living room area with gas fireplace, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Bedroom(s).BBQ Grills & WiFi at all cabins. Located 1-Mile east of Old Downtown Pagosa and the Hot Springs The cabins are convenient to Pagosa Hot Springs,Golf, Wolf Creek Pass, as well as many Hiking and Horse Trails in the National Forest surrounding Pagosa Springs.
Dogs are welcome. Horse corrals are available for Guest traveling or vacationing with Stock. Excellent catch & release Fishing on the beautiful San Juan river which runs on the North side of our property.

All reservations are guaranteed with a major credit card.
Major Holidays and Special Event Reservations require an Advance Deposit of 50% due 30 days prior to the arrival date. A Group of 3-or more reservations requires an Advance Deposit 90-days prior to arrival. The credit card on file will be used unless a check or money order is received prior to the advance deposit date.

*Major Holidays, Special Events require a 30-Day Notice to avoid penalty of Advance Deposit (50% of reservation) and/or $25 service fee.
*Groups (3-or more reservations) 90-Day Notice to avoid penalty of Advance Deposit & $25 Cancellation Fee
** In case of a cancellation within the 'Penalty Period' we will gladly return your cancellation fee less any difference in rate and $25 service charge if we are successful in re-booking your cabin.
