Camping at Zoar Outdoor is off the beaten track. The site is located on a plateau 60 feet above the Deerfield River valley floor and set back in the woods away from our other buildings.

Surrounded by 80 acres of wilderness hiking trails, sightings of deer, hawks, owls, and an occasional bear are not uncommon.

In contrast to the primitive feel of the area, however, their bathhouse offers modern conveniences such as coin-operated hot showers and flush toilets. A payphone is available for 24-hour use, and your car is never more than a few hundred feet away.

The campground has five tent sites and eleven cabin tents for a total capacity of seventy-eight campers.

CABIN TENTS :
Halfway between camping and staying indoors, our cabin tents offer a wilderness experience with a touch of class. Each 12' by 14' tent is set on a wooden deck built into the side of the hill and equipped with four cots, a gas lantern, a gas grill, and a comfortable porch. Their ten cabin tents sleep four people each. You should bring a sleeping bag or blankets, a towel, and a pillow. Linens are not included.

Cost: $16 per person per night ($36 minimum per tent.)
Cabin tents are available April 1 through October 31.

TENT SITES :
their five tent sites offer privacy with a wilderness feel just off the Mohawk Trail. Each site is equipped with a picnic table, and room for two to four tents. Site 1 can accommodate one large tent or two small tents (for a total of 4 people). Site 2 can accommodate four large tents (for a total of 10 people). Site 3 can accommodate three large tents (for a total of 6 people). Site 4 & 5 can accommodate 7 people each.

Cost: $8 per person per night ($16 minimum per site).
Tent sites are available April 1 through October 31.
