The Highland Lake Resort is perfectly situated for people who wish to enjoy the best of New England. Convenient, well-appointed rooms, plus an indoor game room, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, and on-site therapeutic massage!
Less than a mile to downtown Bridgton!
Only minutes to 18-holes of golf and plenty of antique and gift shops. Also, nearby hiking trails, museums, and historical areas.
Accommodations...
Regular Rooms:
All rooms have at least two double beds, remote-control color cable TV, AM/FM clock radio, private bath (shower or tub & shower), air conditioning, heat, coffeemakers, and 24-hour telephones with voice mail (no charge for local, 800#, or credit card calls). Also, all rooms have a lake view with either a porch or deck.
They also have a "limited handicap-accessible" room available, with access ramp, an elevated toilet, grab bars around the toilet and the tub/shower, a remote control TV, and lever door handles. Manuevering space can be tight, but even people in motorized chairs have been able to utilize the room effectively.
Efficiency Rooms:
Both a queen and an extra-long double bed, full bath (tub & shower), plus a fully-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and sink. Pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwashing soap, and towels are included.
Executive Rooms:
Two extra-long doubles, a queen and a single, or a king bed, all Serta Presidential Suite pillow-top mattresses, 3/4 bath (shower only), microwave, refrigerator, recliner, coffeemaker, phone with modem hook-up.
Deluxe Suite:
Newly remodeled, and very popular! Two-room suite consists of separate bedroom with queen bed, remote-control TV, A/C, plus tiled bath with 2-person jacuzzi tub. Adjoins a spacious livingroom/kitchen area with large picture window overlooking lake. Working fireplace, pull-out queen sofa with inner-spring mattress, 2 recliners, another TV, dining table, and full-size, fully-equipped kitchen. Perfect for a luxurious getaway, honeymoon, anniversary or other special occasion. Or just to pamper yourself!
Efficiency Suite:
Not really a "suite", but a very good equivalent! An Efficiency Unit PLUS an adjoining Regular Room with connecting door. This gives you 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 TV's, and the kitchenette! Like having a 2-room cabin, but with all the amenities the Resort offers, including daily maid service! Priced as two, separate rooms, except for a significant discount when booked for a week or more.

All rooms are smoke-free, though guests are welcome to smoke outside and on decks. Sorry, but we can't allow pets in the rooms. We would be glad to help with arrangements for local care if you wish.

| Cancelation Policies |

A 50% deposit required in advance on all reservations (one night minimum), balance payable on arrival. Deposits are refundable (less a $10 cancellation fee) if we receive more than 7 days notice from start of reservation. Deposit is non-refundable with 7 or fewer days notice. Sorry, no adjustments for early departure during "Peak" and "Shoulder" seasons. Some summer & fair dates book a year in advance, so we suggest you call early!!!
