Trout Creek Condominiums in Northern Michigan is the perfect place for golfers, outdoor enthusiasts, family vacations, reunions, romantic getaways, company outings and relaxing weekends!

We are just minutes away from beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and the resort towns of Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinaw. Lighthouses, golf courses, casino, bike trails, boating and swimming are all close to Trout Creek.
Contemporary in design, the condominiums include air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, whirlpool tub, exterior decks and views of the ski slopes. Most of the units are non smoking, but be sure to request your preference upon making your reservation.
The complex offers six different housing configurations to suit couples or groups of two to ten people comfortably. One, two, three and five bedroom condos are available with different bed sizes i.e. king, queens, bunks, twins.
Business meetings or group and family gatherings are welcome at Trout Creek. There is a gathering room that can accommodate 50 people comfortably. Kitchen, gas grill, fireplace are all included. Please ask us for details.

To reserve a unit, a $200. advance deposit is due on either a Visa or Mastercard. (Holiday Period between Dec. 26 and Jan 2nd has different requirements - for details, please call and ask our reservationist)

| Cancelation Policies |

We require $200 for an advance deposit for all reservations. Should you cancel before 15 days of your arrival, then we will refund $175. Should you cancel within 15 days of your arrival date, then we will refund the $175 if we are able to rebook your reservation. Holiday Reservations (Dec. 26-Jan. 1) are handled differently. All balances are due in full by December 1st. Refunds are only available after Dec. 1 if we are able to rebook the reservation.
