When calling for Reservations, your credit card will be charged a
1-night deposit for a 1-3 night stay, or a 2-night deposit for longer stays. Balance due upon arrival. The exception being the prepaid holidays of Christmas and Memorial Day Weekend.
Christmas Holidays: Four nights minimum from Dec. 21 to Jan. 4. Initial two nights deposit when reservation is made. Balance due in full by Nov. 1.
Memorial Day Weekend: Three nights minimum. Christmas rates. Initial one night deposit when reservation is made. Balance due April 1.

| Cancelation Policies |

No refunds on early checkouts. Refunds on cancellations if received 30 days in advance (less 20% handling charge). Otherwise refunds only if units are re-rented. For Christmas reservations, no refunds if reservations are cancelled after Nov. 1st, unless units are re-rented. All refunds require 4-5 weeks processing time.
