A 40% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits can be made by major credit cards, money orders, cash or by cheque.
All balances are due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of Christmas, New Years, March Break, and all long weekend holidays, cancellations over these dates must be received 45 days in advance of scheduled arrival date.

Any special requests should be inquired about prior to your arrival.
Upon arrival a security deposit of $1000.00 is payable by credit card. During New Years and all long weekend holidays, the security deposit amount is $1500.00.
