General Policies
Rates: $540+tax up to 6 persons, $50 each additional person per night Reservation Policy: $100 per person deposit is due 10 days after the reservation is made. Final payment with tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation Policies

If your reservation is cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival a $20 per person fee is charged
Within 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is not refunded unless the space is resold.
