Have no fear - NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATIONS, EVER!!! (if you really want to buy one, we can get you a presentation, but these would be resales, so no promotions like the timeshares in Mexico or Hawaii, just rent and enjoy!!!)
Summer weeks are much easier to get and cheaper than winter weeks, give me your dates and I'll get you a unit that will spoil you forever! (Use website link below to access weeks available and details), but anything but Winter weeks are mainly done by request.

Spend a week at the Cliff Club in the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird, UT - Includes Health club & pool privledges at rooftop Cliff Spa! Check out the rooms or the facilities. The Cliff Club Condos rock, they can't be beat!!! Get Spontaneous, short notice trips are cheaper!!!
Or try a week at the Iron Blossom Lodge at Snowbird, Check out the rooms or the facilities available at the Iron Blosam. Heated pool, spa, gym, sauna, laundry, game room, restaurant on premises.

Deposit Requirements:
greater of $500 or 20% of total for Deposit at time of booking
Final Payment:
Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
Full payment due on all reservations made less that 60 days prior to arrival
Credit card required for imprint at check-in for telephone, incidentals & damage deposit
Note: 11.6% Sales and lodging tax not included in prices.
Note: Reservations are Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday
Note: Bookings less than five (5) nights will only be accepted 30 days or less prior to arrival (last minute bookings only)
Note: Shorter Stays can sometimes be negotiated
No Snow Policy
If Alta or Snowbird ski areas have less than 50% of their ski runs open, the entire deposit and final payments will be refunded less a handling fee of $50.00

Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am; Credit Card required at Check-in for incidentals, phone, pay-per-view, room service, room charges, etc. Lodging Charges are all pre-paid, if you charge nothing to the room, there will be no charges at check-out.
There is one mid-week cleaning included in the price, additional cleaning can be arranged for $25/per day per room (ie 2 br cleaning is $75/day)
