Deposit Requirements: $300 per condo or home is required at the time of booking.
Final Payment: Due 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment due on all booking made less than 45 days prior. MasterCard and Visa and checks only are accepted for final payment.
Minimum Stay Requirements: Five night minimum or four nights with a cleaning fee.
No-Snow Policy: If 50% of the ski lift are operating at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, there is no refund.

| Cancelation Policies |

Cancellation Policy: A $50 handling fee will be charged if reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. Deposit forfeited on cancellations 59-31 days prior to arrival. Full payent forfeited on cancellations made with 30 days of arrival.
There will be a $50 handling fee charged if a change in units or dates is made.
