There is a minimum stay during the ski season. Additional minimum stay requirements may be imposed during holidays (Christmas) and high-occupancy periods.

| Cancelation Policies |

Winter: A two nights' lodging deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. If booking occurs within 45 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. Full payment is non-refundable if reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival.
Summer: One night's lodging deposit or a credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. A $50 per unit fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival.
There is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.
