The loft is spacious with a day bed plus trundle and a twin futon. This unit contains 3 1/2 bathrooms with a dual shower in the master bath. Full size futon couch in living room adds extra sleeping space.
This condo also features a hot tub, elevator, fireplace, deck, deluxe 8 pair boot and glove dryer, and attached garage as well as a full entertainment center and high-speed DSL Internet Ethernet and wireless access points.

Deposit Requirements:Greater of Two night's lodging or 20% of total lodging cost at time of booking
Final Payment:
Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
Full payment due on all reservations made less that 60 days prior to arrival
Credit card required for imprint at check-in for telephone & damage deposit
Note: 13.1% Sales and lodging tax not included in prices.
Note: Less than seven (7) night stay, add $150.00
Note: Bookings less than five (5) nights will only be accepted 30 days or less prior to arrival (last minute bookings only)
No Snow Policy
If Alta or Snowbird ski areas have less than 50% of their ski runs open, the entire deposit and final payments will be refunded less a handling fee of $50.00
