2 nights lodging due as deposit within 3 days of booking, final balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.

| Cancelation Policies |

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance ia highly recommended.
