A deposit of one nights lodging is due at the time of booking. Specialty units and bookings during the holidays season require two nights deposit. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Specialty units and holidays season reservations require final payment 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require full payment. A 3% nonrefundable fee shall be charged and collected at time of booking.

All reservations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00 per unit. Units canceled 45 to 31 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial deposit. 30 days or less receives no refund. Specialty units and holidays season cancellations 60 to 46 days prior forfeit initial deposit, 45 days or less receives no refund. No refund for late arrival or early check-out.
