Deposit Policy: Daily Reservations must be secured by a deposite of one day's charge. Deposites are applied to the last day of the reservation. On package plan reservations, a deposit of $100 is necessary for each room reserved. The balance is due at check-in. Deposite is refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 15 days prior to arrival. There is a $15 cancellation fee on all refunded deposits.
Chalet Deposit Policy: 50% at time of booking. Non-refundable unless notice received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment along with $400 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
