For stays less than 31 days:
1st nights lodging due within 10 days of booking. Final payment due 21 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 21 days prior to arrival are required to have full payment on a credit card or check via overnight mail.
Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival: $25.00 per unit fee. 21 days or less 50% withheld. On day of arrival or no show: 100% withheld.
