The Village Commons is located directly accross the street from the Village. An ice skating pond, mill building and in the summer green lawn makes this a great active family neighborhood. Walk to Stratton's village shops and restaurants and ski lifts.
Founders Lodge
Founders Lodge, the grandest lodge on the Village Common, mark the completion of the Village Commons. Unique lodge character is reflected in both the interior and exterior design. Hipped roofs, stone detailing and clapboard and shingle siding. Thoughtful window design for natural light, large windows in Great Room providing excellent viewing of activities in the Common. Private balconies or patios add outdoor living space.Heat traced pavers surround a private, oversized hot tub. The Founders lodge is rich in amenities.
Hearthstone Lodge
Located across the street from the Village, this is luxury living! Unique stone and timber detailing inside and out. Marked by its tower of stone balconies and its grand entry, Hearthstone Lodge enjoys easy access to the slopes, Village Common, shops and restaurants. A heated patio allows year round use of the swimming pool, outdoor cedar sauna and hot tubs. Homes are spacious and truly designed to accommodate the entire family and guests comfortably. Gas fireplaces warm each home in the winter and air-conditioning cools warm summer nights. l"Summit Floor" is a 4 bedroom pent-house rich in amenities.
Long Trail House
An enclave within a community; the ideal of Vermont mountain living taken to new levels of design distinction and quality. The Long Trail House allows you the freedom to be in the middle of everything without feeling that way.
Rising Bear
Located on the far side of The Village Commons, which is across the street from the Village itself and lift area. Spacious, open floor plans, high ceilings with large living and dining areas. Rising Bear is ideal for families. Bright, inviting, well-equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces with stone surrounds in the living rooms, large 6 foot bathtubs and shower in the master suites. Convenient washer & dryer in every home. These units have air-conditioning. Built in 2004.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a deposit of 50% to receive confirmation.
Holiday periods - (Christmas Holidays; Martin Luther King; President's
week) The balance of a reservation will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 30 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.
Peak Winter season - January - March
(excluding holidays) The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside of 14 days will receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.
All other time periods: The balance of a reservation is due at check-in. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture. Cancellations made outside 7 days will receive a refund less a $20.00 fee. The cancel fee is per unit. A date change inside the forfeit period is a cancellation. PETS Sorry, due to the individual ownership of the properties, pets are not permitted in any unit.
