This package is based on two nights lodging, with full breakfast each morning, midweek or weekend non holiday. The room size quoted for this package is a queen bed with private bath. If you would like to upgrade to a king or a larger room with two beds, the price increases by $20 per night.

Cancelation Policies

Cancellation of a reservation must be done 14 days (21 holiday) prior to the
reserved dates in order to receive a refund, less $20 service charge.
Refunds will not be given for arrival after the reserved date as well as early departures.

A cancellation with less than 14 days (21 holiday) notice will result in forfeit of
your deposit and full charge for the reserved nights.
