Summer: A deposit equal to the greater of 1 room night including tax OR 50% of the total stay including tax is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check out.
Winter: A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay including tax is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Summer: Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, per room. Reservations cancelled within 10 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.
Winter: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, per room. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival forfeit the total stay.
