Nestled in a mountain valley with commanding views of the Continental Divide, but easily accessible from the Denver area, Winter Park is your getaway location.

Bear Crossing guarantees privacy with its no through traffic and abuts to open space, the Arapahoe National Forest and the huge trail system in Winter Park for biking, hiking and snowshoeing. Nearby is Winter Park Ski Resort offering skiing and snowboarding and within a short drive, you can experience natural hot springs, dog sled rides, world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. There will be additional surcharges for any stays that are 2 nights or less. The fee will vary from unit size to unit size. The check-in office is located at: 78415 US Highway 40, Winter Park, CO, 80482. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. All guests will need to come to our main office. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8AM to 5PM. Minimum age required for check-in is 21. Any guests that will be arriving after office hours, will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office at 1-970-726-9421 or referring to the posted instructions at the office.

Cancellation If cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed. |
