Sawmill Station is close to town along the Fraser River in a peaceful, private community. Nestled in a mountain valley with commanding views of the Continental Divide, but easily accessible from the Denver area, Winter Park is your getaway location.

Sawmill Station is perfectly located just one block to main street of downtown Winter Park. All units have private decks and outdoor hot tubs. Nearby the Winter Park Ski Resort offers skiing and snowboarding. Within a short drive you can experience natural hot springs, dog sled rides, world class mountain biking and hiking trails. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 45 minutes away. There will be an additional surcharge for any stays shorter than 2 nights. This price will vary from unit size to unit size. The check-in office is located at: 78415 US Highway 40, Winter Park, CO, 80482. All guests will need to come to our main office. Check in time starts at 4pm. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8am to 5pm. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Any guests that will be arriving after office hours will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office at 970-726-9421 or referring to the posted instructions at the office.

Cancellation
If cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in, a 50 USD cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed. |
