SUMMER... Seeking a different summer mountain experience? Try our Summer Concert Bar-B-Que! Whenever one of our Summer Concert Series are on, come enjoy specials ranging from BBQ pork spareribs to grilled fish and grilled corn on the cob to southwestern salad. The Sunday afternoon concerts feature a high altitude eclectic variety of music, including Reggae, Celtic, Renaissance, Bluegrass, Jazz and Flamenco. YEAR-ROUND Earl's Lodge Dining Room Seeking a change from typical resort fare? Prime rib dinners, rotisserie chicken, hot turkey and roast platters are prepared for you at our carving station. California rolls, udon noodle bowls, potstickers and your choice of stir-fry entrées, including shrimp, are features of the stir-fry station in the Dining Room of Earl's Lodge. We offer a unique selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. Try one of our pizzas; grilled sandwiches; roasted meat selections; or delicious soups. Deli sandwiches with potato salad are also available for those with no time to spare from the slopes. A wood-fired oven cooks your specially ordered pizza to perfection, or stop at our grill for a more traditional fare of burgers and hot dogs, served with fries and cooked as you watch. Our Reuben's and hot pulled pork sandwiches are popular and delicious. Make sure you leave room for one of our scrumptious homemade pastries, pies or cakes, or enjoy a fresh fruit bowl. Beverages are all self-serve with the exception of our draft beers, two of which are microbrewed especially for Snowbasin. Whatever you're hankering for, our servery can meet your needs.
