Prospector Square Lodge and Conference Center
Prospector Square Lodge has one of the largest conference centers in Park City with ten fully-appointed meeting rooms, plus our Celebrity Theater which seats over 350 theater-style. Our staff of meeting experts has years of experience hosting groups ranging in size from large conventions of 400 plus to smaller meetings ranging from 10 to 20 participants. We can accommodate any set from classroom or theater to exhibits and banquets, with a total square footage of 9880. More than 100 standard banquet and catering items on our Banquet Menu, with a limitless array of specialty meals and breaks made to order. The Celebrity Theater is the most unique, versatile meeting space in Park City. The dimensions are 50' x 85' with four spacious tiers and a raised stage. The theater has a pipe and drape and can be set for banquets, trade shows or any meeting setting desired. The stage has a 20' x 15' screen, a central sound system, and a complete projection room at the rear of the theater. These four unique conference rooms share folding walls that provide meeting space for 10 to 200 people. Each room features electric screens and separate controls for lights and air conditioning. Special foam-filled walls that provide sound-proofing for each meeting. Four individual meeting rooms located adjacent to the Silver King conference rooms and the Celebrity Theater. Ideal as small group break-out rooms, each has a capacity for 50 people. Each room has built-in chalkboards, electric screen and separate controls for lights and air conditioning. Coalition rooms 1 and 2 open up into one large room. Coalition Rooms 3 and 4 are separate meeting rooms. A relaxed atmosphere for receptions, small catered parties, or informal meetings. The North Lounge has an outside deck for summer gatherings. The South Lounge has a fireplace.
