Waterville Valley is located in the White Mountain National Forest and is surrounded by spectacular 4,000-foot peaks. This natural splendor makes it the perfect destination for recreational endeavors.

A variety of activities, including fishing, golf, tennis, boating and swimming can be enjoyed in the area.

Hikers and mountain bikers will find miles and miles of trails winding their way through breathtaking mountains and valleys. The route leading into Waterville Valley is biker friendly with four-foot or wider paved shoulders.

Mountain bikers may want to take part in the Wilderbeast Mountain Bike Race, which is held here every summer. The popular event averages 800 competitors.

Other events in the valley promise to entertain as well. The Waterville Valley Music Festival in July and August showcases contemporary and jazz musicians.
